  • Youth Level Performance Training

    The Youth Level Package is an introductory program created by Coach Tom Shaw for athletes from the ages of 6 - 12. The training is specially dedicated and designed to the younger athlete to help them understand the importance of speed training mechanics.

    In this package, our staff will cover a wide variety of performance enhancement drills. The athletes will be taught how to perform specific drills and fundamental techniques that will enhance and improve their speed and explosiveness. Coach Shaw’s philosophy is to combine these crucial aspects of performance for the younger athlete so they can establish a foundation for improvement regardless of their skill level. Athletes will work with Coach Tom Shaw, his staff, and when ever possible professional athletes attending training programs.

    Athletic Development Package Includes:

      • Basic and fundamental technique
      • Running development and coordination drills
      • Essential Movements
      • Explosive first step

    The Youth Level Package is available ONLY the week of July 16-20, 2012

  • High School Level Performance Training

    The High School Level Package is offered to those in high school or those getting ready to head to high school. This program was designed by Coach Tom Shaw to build on your running technique, speed, quickness, agility, reaction, as well as develop explosiveness and strength. During the training program, the athletes will have plenty of time to work on any changes recommended.

    High School Level Package includes:

      • Performance Training with Coach Tom Shaw and Staff
          • Intensive Speed Training
          • Explosive Power
          • Quickness and Agility
          • Increasing Muscular Strength
          • TSP Shirt and water bottle
      • Personalized weight training workout program (additional fee / optional)
      • Access to Medical Staff
          • Athletic Trainer on-site
          • Orthopaedic office visits

    This High School Level Package is available from May - September

    1, 3, or 6 Weeks

  • College Level Performance Training

    The College Level Package is offered to those attending college or enrolling into college. This program was designed by Coach Tom Shaw so each athlete will build on their running technique, speed, quickness, agility, reaction, as well as develop explosiveness and strength performance and training techniques. During the training program, the athletes will have plenty of time to work on any changes recommended.

    College Package includes:

      • Performance Training with Coach Tom Shaw and Staff
          • Intensive Speed Training
          • Explosive Power
          • Quickness and Agility
          • Increasing Muscular Strength
      • Nutrition Consulting with Rikki Keen (additional fee / optional)
          • Focus on proper nutrition and supplements
          • Nutritional Supplements (protein drinks / energy and recovery drinks)
      • Personalized weight training workout program
      • Access to Medical Staff
          • Athletic Trainer on-site
          • Orthopaedic office visits
          • Massage Therapists (when available)
          • Chiropractor (when available)

    The College Level Package is available from April – August

    The Group Training Packages are available per request. The program will be designed specifically for the group based on the number of athletes.

    The Elite Level Training Package is a package offered to professional athletes only. This program was designed by Coach Tom Shaw so each athlete will build on their performance and training techniques. The Elite Training Package athletes will also have the opportunity to work with a full medical staff to meet their needs for nutrition, medical and rehabilitation

    The Private Training Package is offered to those who are interested in a specialized program designed to fit the specific needs on the days that fit ones schedule. This program is one that will be designed by Coach Tom Shaw to build on your specific needs. The program will still have a major focus on your running technique, speed, quickness, agility, reaction, as well as develop explosiveness and strength. During the training program, the athletes will have plenty of time to get the special one on one attention and work on any changes recommended.

    Private Training Package includes:

Programs are also available year round to accommodate pre-season and post-season schedules. Call us today and schedule your training sessions and make a commitment to reaching your full potential.

Check-in:

All sessions begin on Monday, first day check-in at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. Last session ends on Friday. A six week training program is recommended to produces optimal results.
